Some Goodwills offer temporary employment services. GTS is run much like any other temporary employment agency; however, in many cases, all the training and support services are also readily available to both the employee and the employer. Temporary employment is an excellent way for people use their skills and employers to determine if potential employees are a good match for their company. It is also an essential part of corporate cultures where the labor demand may be sporadic.
